1. Prices and Services
Indicative prices for accommodation and any other services are listed in the accommodation provider's presentation materials (websites, brochures, etc.). However, the price shown in the accommodation voucher (hereafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. For the range of contractually agreed services and prices, their breakdown in the voucher is binding. The host is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (e.g. force majeure).
2. Cancellation of stay by the customer
The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival (if the cancellation conditions are valid, the cancellation conditions agreed to during the reservation).
Cancellation of stay requires a written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) to the address hotel@zelenypotok.cz. The date and time of sending the email is decisive for determining the time of cancellation of the stay. For larger groups, individual cancellation fees can be negotiated. The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the aforementioned cancellation fees if he could not use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his family, serious illness, recall order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to document the above facts with a written document to the accommodation provider within 3 days of their occurrence at the latest.
3. Confirmation of the age of majority of the website visitor
In case of purchase or use of additional hotel services (e.g. consumption of alcoholic beverages from the room minibar), the consuming person must prove to be of legal age, e.g. OP or ŘP. This information is sensitive data that is subject to the GDPR (see point 6).
4. Terms and conditions for reservations and online payments (GOPAY s.r.o. payment gateway)
These terms and conditions establish the rules for booking accommodation and services at Hotel Zelený Potok - Pec pod Sněžkou, operated by Hotel Service Plus s.r.o. (IČO 259 19 318) through the online reservation system and the GoPay payment gateway. By making a reservation, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
4a. Accommodation reservation
The guest can book accommodation and additional services through the online booking system on the hotel's official website. After making the reservation, the guest will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of the reservation and details about the selected service, the date of stay and the price. The guest is obliged to check the correctness of the information given in the booking confirmation and, in the event of discrepancies, to contact the hotel reception immediately.
4b. Payment terms
Payment for the reservation is made in advance through the GoPay payment gateway, which ensures secure and encrypted payment processing. After successful payment, the guest will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. In case of unsuccessful payment, the reservation will not be completed and the guest will be informed that it is necessary to repeat the reservation or contact the reception. We accept payments in CZK and EUR (incl. VAT 12/21% or statutory payments other than VAT (e.g. city fees) we support common payment cards and other payment methods supported by the GoPay payment gateway (according to GoPay's terms and conditions).
4c. Cancellation conditions and changes to the reservation
Cancellation or change of the reservation is subject to the following conditions (see cancellation conditions for the reservation) Non-arrival for the reserved stay without prior cancellation (so-called no-show): we charge 100% of the total price of the reservation. To change the date or other information in the reservation, it is necessary to contact the hotel reception at least 48 hours before the planned arrival.
4d. Service complaints
In case of dissatisfaction with the services provided, the guest is entitled to file a complaint directly at the hotel reception or by e-mail to the hotel's official address (hotel@zelenypotok.cz or by phone +420 778 006 010 (hotel reception). Complaints will be dealt with individually in accordance with legal regulations CR.
4e. Personal data protection (hereinafter referred to as GDPR)
All personal data provided by the guest during the reservation are processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations on the protection of personal data. The data is used exclusively to secure the reservation and to process payments.
4f. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are an integral part of every reservation made through the online reservation system. The company Hotel Service Plus s.r.o. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The current version of the conditions is always published on the hotel's official website. 5. Validity
These business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher (voucher). The client (guest) agrees to the terms and conditions when making a reservation.
